Got 200?
Posted by: | CommentsContacts that is… On today’s call we talked about jump starting the business again, and the first challenge was to make a list of 200 possible contacts for Zrii. Once you have the list, leave a comment here with this post so that we all know you’re serious about your Zrii business and willing to play full out.
Here are this week’s challenges:
1. Make a list of 200 contacts (use the memory jogger located above when you click on the tab “all the important stuff”. Let everyone know you did your list of 200 by entering a comment below.
2. Share with someone in your upline, downline or crossline, that you “Got 200″
3. Find 3-5 people who are willing to do 3 – Way Calls with you. Again, up, down, or cross line!
4. Take the 60 Day Challenge – 60 Days left in the year~
Working With Women – The Power of Connection

As we grow our Zrii businesses, we need to learn how to approach women, market to them and nurture them into successful network marketers.
This Saturday join Willow Sibert, theZtrainer as she discusses how to successfully market to and work with women in our business. Learn subtle (and sometimes not so subtle) differences that will not only help your business expand but give both men and women the tools needed to recognize and market to these differences. On Saturday’s call you will learn “what” to say and “how” to say it in order to get women to the levels in Zrii that are possible for them. This call is a “must” for everyone.
Perfection
Posted by: | CommentsThe other day I wrote a Z-Tip on perfection. I was doing my usual “soul searching” and asking the ultimate question, “What stops me?” I really got into this question and so thought I would share with you here in this blog my biggee – PERFECTION!
In my life I seem to run into the “P’ words as I call them. Patience, Pride, Procrastination and Perfection. Right now perfection is “up for me.” Here’s how my inner dialogue runs when I think about my Zrii business
I have to have my “speech” perfect before I talk to someone.
I have to know all about the product before I talk to someone.
I have to know the compensation plan perfectly before I talk to someone.
I have to lose 5 pounds before I go out in public to talk to someone.
I have to clean my house, wash my car and feed the goldfish before I invite someone over to talk to them.
I have to wait for the perfect time before talking with someone.
I have to have perfect hair, perfect clothes, perfect car…. perfect __________ (fill in the blank)
So far as I know, there’s only been one person so far that was perfect and could walk on water, so I guess it’s time to let go of the need to be perfect. Maybe I’ll try it next lifetime.
