That doesn’t mean I haven’t done anything – it just means that I’m starting again – and again. I’ve had some great experiences over the past month and much of what I’ve learned I will be able to share with you. Not only will it make me a better person, a better Zrii IE, but also a better trainer. Life is always a journey. Sometimes you know exactly where you’re going, and the path to get there, and sometimes you only know part of it. I hope you stay with me as we begin the journey again!

Sometimes it’s hard to keep yourself going if you’re doing the work by yourself. I know I always like doing things in a team. I’ve noticed that some of the most successful people in Zrii have two people doing the business together. Makes it more fun, you can share the tasks, you get immediately feedback and there’s always someone with whom you can brainstorm. The down side is that you’d better really enjoy that person and have either similar or complementary work styles.

I’ve got two friends, Sandy Hogan and Marcey DiCaro, that are working with me (we call ourselves Z3) to help motivate each other and share tasks. We are not in the same upline, but that doesn’t matter. We work well together and we keep each other going. Last night we revised a flyer that Marcey had created and we will be doing three in-home presentations. We divided the presentation into thirds, Product, Company and Opportunity. Each week we will rotate not only the location, but the part of the presentation we deliver. All three pieces of the presentation will be put into one PowerPoint so that we all have access to it in the future.

Just remember, there’s always a way to do something and you don’t always have to do everything yourself!
